Service cancellation window

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without fee when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Digital delivery policy

Once custom planning content is delivered, it may be non-refundable except where required by applicable United States consumer protection law.

Case review process

If users believe a billing or delivery issue occurred, they may submit a written request within 14 days, including the session date and communication records.

Resolution method

Each request is reviewed individually and answered in writing, including available options based on transaction records and service status.

Data and records

Requests and service records are retained for compliance and quality purposes for up to 24 months, then securely removed unless legal obligations require longer retention.
